Your day begins with coffee and a warm welcome from Eric before he demonstrates how to create his show-stopping Valrhona Chocolate & Raspberry Torte. Then it’s your turn! Guided by the master himself, you’ll whip up your very own torte before placing it in the blast chiller to set.

While your masterpiece is chilling, the chocolate fun continues as you craft a dozen smooth and irresistible hazelnut truffles each. Once your torte is ready, you’ll learn how to decorate it with dazzling chocolate flourishes worthy of a patisserie window.
