I had trouble trying to find a venue local to me to use my card in SW16. The place I finally found only honoured my membership because the business had recently been taken over and did not know they were part of your scheme. Soon after they have cancelled membership with you so I can't advertise your company to friends or family. My card was given to me as a gift, I'm sure if the person knew the issues I have had they would not have chose this gift for me. I am only happy with the spa up to date. It has nothing to do with you.
