2 Night stay Durley Dean

A good experience. Clean room and very helpful staff. Buffet style breakfast in a spacious dining room. I would recommend going by train as parking limited and expensive. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and town so this hotel is in a good location.

short stay at the Jug and Glass Inn

Only a short stay but most enjoyable. Room was good, food was good and service was good. It was part of a deal which included a steam train ride which wasn't so good as some of the other rides listed were no longer available as part of the Activity Superstore deal!!

Perfect couple of hours

Camelia Hotel is my go-to place for afternoon tea- they dont scrimp on the portions, we always go home with a box because we cant finish it all! The atmosphere inside is relaxing, I'd say it has a smart casual dress code, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, I cant praise them enough. There is free parking at the back, you enter from the seafront side. Oh, and the view of the Thames is just beautiful on a nice day!

I was a bit dubious before arriving at the racetrack due to some of the negative review on trustpilot, but I must say the venue was well organised and drivers were allowed to go pretty quick in the cars, instructors where informative and very polite, trackside staff where great and waiting time between cars was minimal, would definitely recommend this experience and venue, my only gripe is why do you pay £2 for parking this seems crazy just include this in the price unless your going there just to watch, overall all though a good day out.
