Choose a category from the menu on the left hand side of the screen, you will then be presented with a set of sub categories, both on the left hand menu and in the centre of the page. Select the heading from one of these sub categories to browse more items available.
You can then either add an item straight to your shopping basket or click the item to view further details. By viewing further details it will show the stock status and delivery times for the product.
To add an item to your basket just click the BUY button. This will also take you to your "Shopping Basket" which lists the items that you have chosen to buy. To increase or decrease the quantity, simply change the value in the box and click 'update'.
To buy more items, click the "continue shopping" button and choose other categories from the left hand menu. When you are ready to complete your purchase you should then click on the checkout button.
Ensure that you select the correct postage destination.
We have tried to make ordering your personalised item as easy as possible. We have also added functionality which enables you to check and change your details.
Ordering a Single Item
When you have decided which item you want, enter the personalised details on the product page, following the help provided. Then click the Add to Basket button. This will take you through to the Basket Page. In the Basket page against the product you have ordered you will see the item you have added and against it you will see the details you have entered. You can if you so wish click on the Edit Details link in the Personalised Details box. Here you can edit the details if you need to, then click the Update Button.
If you are happy with the details etc. then proceed with the purchase.
Ordering Multiple Items
You may wish to order multiple items. The procedure is the same as above if the products are all different.
But if you require multiple products of the same type, we have provided some functionality to make the task easy.
If for instance you wanted to purchase 4 God Parent Candles, this is the best way to do it. Initially follow the procedure above as if you were buying 1 item. When you are taken through to the basket, you will see the details as you have entered them. There is then an Add Another link in the Personalised Details box, just click on this, you will then see another entry for the same item. Then click the Edit Details against that item and enter your details, click Update, these details will now show in the basket. Repeat this until you have purchased the number of item you want. When finished proceed with the purchase.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL if you are buying such products Wedding Cartoon tankards with each one being a variation on Style, e.g. 1 Wedding Cartoon Tankard - Usher, 1 Wedding Cartoon Tankard - Best Man, 1 Wedding Cartoon Tankard - Father of The Bride. In these circumstances you must buy each variation separately and enter the detail accordingly.
Sending Details Later
We are aware that not everyone has the details to go with the products when they order them, especially images. Therefore we have provided an option to Send Details Later; you will see this at the bottom of the box where you enter your details. If you want to send it later just tick the box and we will know that you have chosen to do this and we will wait for them to arrive, although we may chase you if we don’t receive them after a few days.
If you do choose this option then you should send the required details to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your Order No.

All items are sent by the quickest Delivery Service dependent upon size of parcel.
Parcels are sent using Royal Mail RM48 or Courier, so your order should arrive within 1-3 working days, subject to the carrier used, as we cannot be accountable for Postal or Courier Services.
If delivery is different from this it will be stated against each product.
Orders will only be dispatched once payment is received. We currently use Datacash as our payment partner to handle our secure credit & debit transactions from this web site.
Please ensure you fill in your name and address as they appear on your card statements to avoid any rejected transactions.
