Helicopter Buzz for Two

When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly Adventure001 staff, where they took our voucher and booked us in for our flight. We were offered to upgrade our flight to a “Thrill Seeker” for £10pp, I wasn’t so sure but my partner managed to persuade me to do it and oh my god I’m so glad I did, it was amazing. Once registered you have a short safety briefing and then wait for your flight number to be called, we had a short wait before our flight as they had a delay first thing due to bad weather but by the time my flight number was called the sun was shining and the skies were blue, it was definitely worth the wait. Before we got into the helicopter, a member of staff took our picture and also took another when sat in the helicopter. You are given the opportunity to purchase these at the end of the flight. The pilot took off and we were in the air within seconds, as we had the thrill seeker ride, the pilot was doing lots of spins, turns and flying on the side – this was amazing. I did have to close my eyes a few times as my stomach was in my mouth when doing sharp turns. We slowly came back down to land where we were then shown our photos, this is also when you would have your bubbly if included within your voucher. What I thought was also great is that all funds raised through upgrades and buying your photos goes to the air ambulance and not in the suppliers pocket! If you have always wanted to have a ride in a helicopter then I highly recommend this product. If you are a bit of an adrenaline junkie then you HAVE to upgrade to the thrill seeker - fantastic!
