Not impressed with communication at your business. I picked a hotel in Halifax, couldn’t get an answer at the Shakespeare hotel. Eventually I did to be told by the new owner that they have never been on the scheme, the hotel had fine bankrupt 2years previous. Email your staff who said it hadn’t gone bankrupt and I could book it as it was still online. Yes but different owner different phone no. Should have been updated. I then opted to go to the Garstang country Golf Hotel. No trouble booking excellent professional staff .

Amazing Sunday roast. The room was lovely, clean and well presented. The rooms were noisy though as there wasn't any/sufficient sound proofing. I would not book through this site again as you don't actually save any money, it's just as cheap to book directly with The railway inn. Highly recommend that you stop by for the roast if you are in the area!

We had a lovely stay ,the room was spotless and very comfortable bed . The staff were all friendly and welcoming,especially Rosita . The food was fantastic and we are returning at the end of the year ,can’t wait !

The room offered was at the rear of the hotel overlooking peoples back gardens. I paid extra to get a room at the front with a balcony and sea view. This room was very pleasant. The dining room was similar to that of a pub, including a bar and stool seating as well as dining tables and chairs.. This proved to be very noisy. The food at dinner was mediocre. The breakfast was poor and included tinned tomatoes.

Stayed overnight at the San Clu Hotel in Ramsgate. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Our room was adequate with a wardrobe and drawers and a comfy bed. The bathroom was lovely and modern and the water for a shower nice and hot. The windows in the room could do with some secondary or double glazing, as they were draughty. Our meal was very good and plenty of it and the service very good. We were able to park our car right outside the Hotel, so didn’t use their car park. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Lovely two days spent in the Peak District, lots of lovely views and walks. Staff at the venue were very helpful and friendly and the bonus was to discover it was a dog friendly accommodation and dining area available too. Definitely take the pooch next time.

Had a fabulous night away. Couldn't fault anything. Friendly and helpful staff. Upgraded to a Seaview room which was lovely. Food was excellent and loved the ambience and decor. Superb offer and would recommend
