Then, it’s time to unroll your mat for a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session led by expert instructor Xenia. Feel the soft grass beneath you and breathe in the crisp country air as you stretch and strengthen. Yoga outdoors is an entirely different vibe—calming, grounding, and refreshingly uplifting.

After your yoga flow, wander into the ancient woodland for a session of Shinrin-yoku, also known as forest bathing. Unlike brisk walks, this mindful practice encourages you to slow down and truly immerse yourself in the environment. Spot deer darting through the trees or birds soaring above as you feel stress dissolve into the beauty of nature.
