Taittinger is famous for its light and elegant champagnes which is attributad to the high percentage of Chardonnay in the blend. This fantastic bottle of Brut NV displays these characteristics to perfection which led to it being awarded 4 stars by "Decanter Magazine" in December of 2007.

Tasting Notes:

This champagne shows fine mousse in the glass and fresh floral aromas mixed with characteristic toasty yeast overtones, which are balanced by richer fruit and classic baked biscuit flavours with a crisp citrus finish. Delicate and fresh due to 40% Chardonnay, with an elegance and depth coming from the two Pinots. It receives three to four years aging prior to release resulting in subtle hints of biscuits and brioche.
