Excellent in all respects

A very well organised trip. Professionally delivered. Friendly, well informed, crew. Good viewing from any part of the boat. Food, drink, and facilities in general, all great.

Great visit but booking process through Activity Superstore was poor

Cocktails and Tapas were all really good and service was friendly and efficient. The place was quiet when we were there on a lunchtime but we know it’s really buzzing on a night as we’ve been for a comedy show. The voucher for Activity Superstore was a gift for my wife but the booking process was slow and inefficient as we could have booked at numerous 15 minute slots, direct with the venue with no problem. We will definitely visit the venue again but will not use the intermediary again

Fell a little bit short.

Timely embarking pleasant staff and informative of the surrounding area (harbour) Surroundings fair. Nice vintage boat. Not ideal having to share the afternoon tea with other cruisers, however the couple we shared with were pleasant enough.

Brilliant experience

Would definitely recommend the truck driving experience. The event was well organised, the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this experience, another one off the bucket list, thank you one and all.

Excellent time was had apart from the constant background music that was consistently played through the day. Spoiled the day for us.

Wonderful!

The Empress Hotel was beautiful, perfect setting for an afternoon tea. We had a wonderful view of the promenade and sea front. The afternoon tea itself was extremely good and would definitely recommend.

Sunny Afternoon Boat Trip

The fish and chip cruise around Poole harbour was excellent. It was very well organised. Fish and Chips served inside on nice tables laid with cutlery napkins and condiments. On top deck plenty of seating for the whole party. Very informative commentary of Islands and harbour. Everyone treated with respect. The weather was amazing so the icing on the cake. Thank you Captain and Crew.

Nice trip out to see and informative.But very disapointed in the fish and chips.Fish was acually a bit of batter we didnt find much fish at all.It was mainly a piece pf batter.Food rating 1 out of ten and that was for the chips.Said no to recomend due to lack of fish.Trip was nice

Joff our teacher (?) for the class was excellent, knowledgeable and gave me/us a great introduction to the harmonica.

The decor was a little bit out dated but other than that everything was perfectly fine!
