Experience excellent. Communication could have been better. Person I saw when first registering had just started and did not explain I needed to check in so much time lost and person who noticed this was nearly rude

Fantastic junior track experience

We were impressed by the set up and scale of the day, it was very well managed. The only negative were the large number of extras which more than doubled the cost of the original experience voucher. Greater transparency around pricing would have improved our overall experience. It was my 14 year olds sons first time driving and what a car to drive (Aston Martin F1 Vintage) - he loved it and we’ll definitely return!

Lovely Afternoon Tea

Lovely Afternoon Tea. Good venue but room a little dated, could do with a revamp. We were next to the window overlooking the beautiful garden. Some glass panes were foggy & needed replacing as did canopy on the glass roof. Food plentiful (we had to take some home) 👍👍

This was a Christmas present, we were the only 2 tasting ( Wednesday afternoon) and we're given the VIP treatment. Would strongly recommend.

Lovely afternoon Tea

Beautiful setting, welcoming friendly staff. Great service. Lots of food we had to take some with us. The only thing I would say is there are quite a lot of cakes over savoury. This could have been with it being a set choice with having a voucher. Would definitely visit again the future.

Lovely Break

We had a steam ride and overnight stay, room was clean and comfortable, ensuite with everything we needed. We met friends elsewhere for dinner so didn't have evening meal here, however breakfast was very good. Full english, toast and jams, coffee orvtea with fruit juice. Can't fault it, would stay again.
