    Wonderful experience
    I have taken a star off for the venue as the Palm Court is not wheelchair accessible - indeed getting in to the hotel at all required a staff member going to get a ramp and us entering through the bar in a confined space. That aside, the experience was wonderful. Staff make a real effort to turn it into an experience describing the menu - both food and drinks - and making sure that a birthday among our party was acknowledged (pianist playing Happy Birthday and a special dessert), Special "Season" afternoon tea cakes were delightful, as was the rest and special diet was catered for. Would go back in a heartbeat.

    Excellent cruise and crew unfortunately the quality of the fish and chip meal was very disappointing.

    We travelled from Kent to experience the steam trains. However due to very dry conditions no steam was allowed to run. Very disappointing

    A Birthday Treat!
    This was bought for me as a Birthday Present. Activity Superstore made the whole booking experience easy and quick and the process from booking to event was seamless - thank you. I had a previous Car Chase Heroes birthday treat too some years back. On that day I didn't have the best of experiences, didn't really enjoy it and left somewhat disappointed. So for this day I was more than a little apprehensive to say the least. Positives:- The venue is relatively close to my home. The welcome was positive. The "get to know the circuit" pre drive was worth it and I felt important and did lead to a more confident and enjoyable drive. The 3 drives themselves were brilliant and I thoroughly enjoyed each one and the confidence of having an experienced co-driver sitting alongside only served to enhance the experience. If only I was younger I would be tempted to apply for the role! Ha Ha! Negatives:- Only in that because it is busy and CCH need to organise 100's of people in to the various cars the time slot you are given was not met. This is mentioned in the pre drive brief. So sometimes you feel they have forgotten you but in reality this is not the case. And again in reality it isn't really a major issue, maybe just better communication re changes to your allotted drive time slot. It certainly did not detract from an excellent days entertainment - driving fast cars!! Summary:- Excellent day out and if you're a petrol head then I would certainly highly recommend CCH activity days! Grateful thanks to all concerned.

    Great trip, easy to find on the harbour, and the fish and chips were good and the crew are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
