Loved the mugs and product arrived swiftly. Packaging of the mugs was smart but unfortunately got damaged in the post as the packaging of the whole product for posting was lacking. The external box used was too big and was not packed out sufficiently to protect the internal packaging of the mugs. As it was a present and I did not want to risk reordering and missing the occasion I bought another box on the high street to present the gift.
