A wedding gift with a difference

My friend loves candles and as a special gift for her wedding I bought this one, the words are so special and meaningful to her and her husdand too be. I know she will just love it especially as it has their names and wedding date. She lights all her candles but I can't see her lighting this one, not even in a power cut! I contacted customer services when this gift did not arrive on time as their delivery is very good, they were very apologetic and explained that they were not happy with the candles quality and were waiting for a new batch. I think this shows a company with commitment to customer satisfaction which is very reassuring.
