I ordered the money clip, and the order came very quickly and efficiently, no problems :) When I placed the order however, I wasn't able to choose a font or a font size, which I was a little disappointed with. There were no options, which would have made the choosing and ordering process easier. I was thinking about going elsewhere to buy another money clip, where the engraving options were easier, however I was really impressed with the money clip itself and thought that the value for money was great! The general website and item persuaded me to continue with the order. I was later e-mailed asking whether I wanted anything specific with the engraving, I then asked for the font I wanted, but did not specify the size. When I received the money clip I was extremely impressed, it was so shiny, and the finish was really well done. The font was rather large and wasn't what I had expected, but this was my own fault as I assumed it would be smaller, if I had of asked for a smaller font size, I am sure this would have been done. I really love the money clip, the box is nice also, nothing flashy, but overall the item and presentation was well worth the money! The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the lack of engraving options, and the added hassle of e-mailing for specifications on the engraving.

I have to say what a wonderful idea this is. Dad's are tricky enough to buy for every year but I wanted something special for his 60th that I could personalise. I had given up on the idea of finding anything but I went on the gift experience website and was delighted when I found this but I was worried it wouldnt get here in time as it was too late for next day delivery. I decided to ring and see if anything could be done. The person who answered the phone was able to deal with my query rather than being passed around from person to person and she told me as soon as I had ordered it she would take it straight to the engravers and get it out to me by 1pm the next day and sure enough it was! Thank you soo much for allowing me to give a unique and personalised present that will be kept for years and will actually be used too!
