My parents were surprised by the well-protected packaged that arrived. The customer service was also prompt to reply to a question that I e-mailed and in following-through with helping me make an adjustment to the engraving. My parents are happy with the product and I think their only comment was that the engraving was a little light so they didn't notice it until I asked about it.
