This was a great item and my sister loved it. My one criticism would be that I left a note asking for the parcel to be left at my house (as I wasn't going to be in) it was a wet day and the item was not in any form of protective covering but straight into the box. Had the rain penetrated the box it could have ruined the cushion which would have been such a shame. I appreciate extra packaging, extra cost but it would be worth it. Other than that I would recommend the item as a great idea & keepsake.
