The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I was able to place my order without any difficulty. The pillow cases are of excellent quality and the personalised lettering is first-rate and I am very pleased with them. My parents recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary and I was completely stumped with what to get them, as their house is already adorned with ornaments, pictures, crockery etc! I stumbled across this site by accident and I was absolutely stunned with what I saw! I chose to order these personalised pillow cases as a gift from my 2 boys to my mum and dad, as I knew that these were something they had never had in their lives before!! When they arrived I was so impressed with the quality of the material and of the printing, and my mum and dad were so pleased to receive them. The only slight downside was that they took longer to arrive than I expected, but this was probably (in part), my fault, as I didn't pay the extra for the first class postage. However, when I rang customer services to enquire about the item, the lady told me when it had been despatched and was very courteous to me on the telephone. I will most certainly use this website again, thank you so much!

Lovely quality pillow cases, I bought 3 sets for wedding presents. I was a little disappointed with the packaging though, these 3 sets where ordered all together, they arrived in a box with no covering, ok if it is for yourself ,but as a present would have been nice to be in plastic bags. But very nice.
