Personalised Sending Hugs Cushion

I ordered 2 HUG cushions for my granddaughters just to let them know how much we love them and that they could hug their cushions when they are missing us. When my delivery arrived the packing box was damaged due to rain or a spillage in the delivery van and 1 of the cushions had water stains on It. I contacted the gift experience and sent photos of the damage and to request a replacement. They quickly replied and within 2 days my replacement arrived. Excellent service, thank you. I have 2 happy granddaughters who absolutely love their surprise presents.

My friend ,who lives 50 miles from us has just lost her son very unexpectedly.Due to lock down ,we couldn’t get to see her or give her a hug that she so desperately needed, so we sent her a Hug Cushion. It was the next best thing to a real hug ,and it gave her so much comfort to know we were thinking of her at this very sad time.So thank you very much.

It arrived in plenty of time for Christmas and is a decent sized cushion. It's a shame there isn't an option for a few more characters to be personalized since I had to shorten names on the cushion to allow it all to fit, but I get that there's a limit for a reason. A very good present for any time of year and my grandparents find it really comfy and thoughtful. Also, I hate wrapping presents, so this was once way to get out of it!!

I have been shielding since March 2020 due to having a lung condition, which means I have not been able to see my 5 year old twin granddaughters for hugs. I sent them a hug cushion each and told them that when they miss us they can hug the cushion and think of us. They video called me when their cushions arrived and they loved them. They now take them to bed every night and hug them.
