A really lovely, robust travel mug, nicely printed with my choice of name and message. The recipient was thrilled. Dispatch and delivery was fast and efficient, and I was kept informed of progress. The only negative was the gift box the item arrived in was very badly damaged. As the outer delivery box was undamaged, I can only assume the item was packed in a damaged condition. The cardboard tab to hold the box closed was completely torn off, and in general it looked very tatty. As a result, I had to buy another box to put the item in before give it to the recipient.
