Lovely item and the photos came out really clear. I would’ve given 5* if it wasn’t for the packing..... it just needs some sturdy cardboard in with the parcel, as my postman rammed the Jiffy bag into my postbox and bent the bookmark. Luckily after weighting it down for a few days the bend has come out. So, some sturdy cardboard and this gift will be a winner every time :)

Hubby loved his personalised bookmark with our lovely dog Alfie on it. It was a Xmas present. The pics came out quite clear. I had a few problems with up loading a picture. Phoned the company & they were very helpful & let me try again.it is easy to do with the pics in your library on your phone or iPad though. I’m going to try to personalise other gifts from this company. Very quick delivery. Recommend.

I was pleased with this as a gift. The photos came out really well, a group of four people on one photo were still clear. The bookmark was a little smaller than I’d imagined but is presented well. The message had been thoughtfully spaced, a few more characters could have fitted on, I’m not sure why the limit was set as it was but it did look nice. I bought it for my book loving father and think he’ll love it.
