Personalised Oval Cut Lead Crystal Vase

One of the reasons for ordering through the gift experience was the fact that they could deliver my item within 7 days and considering the items ordered needed engraving, I was thoroughly pleased at having this service. I ordered my items and they were due to be delivered that day howwever due to the bad weather and postal delays, the items were not delivered that morning. I called the gift experience to find out where my order was and I must say that they were absolutely fantastic and said that they would investigate and get back to me by lunchtime that day. This they did and with good news to say that my items were received at the Post Office that morning and that I was able to collect them as they were needed that evening for an awards presentation. I would definately use the gift experience again as they went above and beyond to ensure that I had my parcels by my deadline and all this was done at a time of bad weather all over the UK which, was through no fault of their own.
