I sent a picture of the Taj Mahal to be used on a mousemat. When I recived it, the picture had been cropped and the remainder was not even centralised. After contacting customer services, a replacement, with the full picture was received in 3 days. Initially not impressed but Holly in customer services resolved it quickly and another Xmas present is taken care of. THANKS HOLLY!

Customised Mouse mat This was produced from a picture that I sent. Talking with Robyn, she adapted the picture to fit and produced a wonderful product that my daughter, I'm sure, will be delighted with. This is the second product that The Gift Experience have produced for me, the first one was a customised paper weight which the recipient was delighted with.
