I ordered the cushion with a ticket on it saying "love you to the moon and back." From my 4 children to their grandad. I made an error while ordering and ordered 2 by mistake in different colours. I emailed customer services that eve and in the morning I got a reply and within hours the correct order had gone through and the refund. The cushion arrived a couple of days later in the correct colour with all the names of my children correct as well. Their grandad loved the cushion. Thank you for all your help and for sorting out what was my mistake in the first place.
