I found this item quite by chance and ordered a pair, personalised for my parents 55th wedding anniversary. The pillowcases arrived in lightning fast time and would have been fabulous, however an error had been made during personalisation. I emailed customer services and received an immediate email back from Robyn who could not have been more helpful. An immediate replacement was made with the correct personalisation, that same day, and items were then sent immediately by courier, which arrived the day after, my parents actual anniversary. The items themselves are absolutely beautiful, a good large size, feel really lovely and my parents are thrilled to bits with them. I would absolutely not hesitate to order from this company again, excellent products, lightning delivery and customer services which are second to none and reminiscent of those old traditional values of a company where the customer always comes first.
