lovely product, lettering not in choosen colours

Loved this as a gift for my Granddaughters 18th. I gave it 4 stars as when ordering, I previewed the bear, with the lettering which was black and brown. However I noticed an option to choose your own colours per line, so I alternated pink and purple, which looked great in the final preview. However on receiving the item promptly, the lettering was in black and brown, so my option was ignored.
