Personalised Cut-out Heart Shaped Necklace

You can choose from gold, rose gold or silver. The necklaces are available in 18ct gold plating, sterling silver plating and 18ct rose gold plating on steel. The disc pendant measures 2cm in diameter and the chain is adjustable between 15.7-17.7" with a lobster clasp, and adjustable to three heights.
