Personalised Cuddling Mummy Cushion

I purchased this cushion for my little granddaughter (5 years) as a Christmas present for her mummy. I thought it was well presented, good quality and unique. My little granddaughter was very happy with it and it's currently wrapped and ready to go under the tree! Took all the hassle out of running around looking for a special gift! The cushion itself was perfect. At a cost of £15, i was extremely satisfied upon opening the box. Phoned customer services to ascertain the delivery date to ensure it arrived before mothers day. Phoned answered within 3 rings and was told within 2 minutes that delivery was on its way and the parcel turned up the next day. I will definitely be back to the gift experience.

My daughter is due another baby in 4 weeks and everything is centred around this so as a surprise I got her this cushion with her sons d.o.b she loved it when it burst out the box. It arrived within days of purchasing it and in my opinion good value for the money excellent quality which is now pride of place on her chair

All in all the service was good. I forgot to add the voucher code on and I was told the difference would be refunded to my card. Overall the product was satisfactory. I think it could be made from slightly better materials. Overall a good experience.

I was looking for something a bit different to buy my daughter as it was her first Mother's Day. I thought the cushion was a lovely idea as it could be personalised with my granddaughter's date of birth. It would have been nice to add further personal details. I would have preferred the option to change Mummy to Mammy maybe. But she still loved it
