I ordered this as a birthday present from my sons to their Nana, unfortunately when she opened it she found that the box contained a cushion for someone else, so had been packaged incorrectly. So the initial Birthday balloon surprised was well and truly popped!!! However I spoke to Robyn, on Customer Services, and informed her of the error; she couldn't have been more apologetic and organised for the correct cushion cover to be delivered by 1st class mail the very next day, which my mum loved. My rating would have been 5 stars had the initial error not occurred, but will definitely use Gift Experience again for those special presents.
