My spoon arrived with an incorrect engraving, due to genuine human error. I contacted The Gift Experience on a Saturday by email and was really surprised to receive an almost instant reply back. A new spoon was duly engraved correctly and sent to me which I received a couple of days later and told not to return the original. I am really impressed with the service I received and have given the maximum star rating for this reason. I bought the personalised wooden spoon as a thank-you to my best friend for making our wedding cake! it now takes pride of place in her kitchen; she loved it! if I had one suggestion for improvement it'd be some form of stand or equivalent as she wants it on display and is trying to think up ways to mount it to the wall! But the item itself is gorgeous, writing really clear and the shipping etc. was really quick and easy. would definitely recommend!
