This service was very good and arrived safely as the packaging was very secure. It had pride of place on our Christmas Tree to celebrate our grandson's first Christmas with his family.

This is a gift for the new baby of a work colleague therefore I did not want to spend lots of money! It is well made and looks expensive. I will buy again. Arrived very promptly and was well packaged.

The item is lovely although I didn't realise that the word 'prince' would still be on it. I thought if I didn't choose something for on the star it would remain blank. However the actual item is really nice and will last for years to be brought out as a memory of the baby's arrival.

I have bought it for my son's first Christmas and absolutely love it. Could be better if it would have 2018 on it.

We bought this slightly too late so we missed delivery in time for Christmas but that was ok as we wanted the personalised first Christmas decoration to go on our sons bedroom door as we also have the same for our daughter. It’s a lovely decoration and the personalisation is great, nice bold writing which easily stands out, we would certainly buy other items again as prices are reasonable for each item. Customer service was great and quick to respond, as we emailed to check the status of our delivery with it being over the Christmas/new year period, they advised us that our item had been posted and should be with us soon (arrived the same day). Thanks for our order!!
