I was very impressed with the colouring book it was done beautifully. However delivery was slow and it took me a few emails to get a response from customer services and I had to get cross in the end. That said I would use them again, they just need to improve the contact service. Yes I know we have the covid situation but I work in customer service and sometimes a phone call is all it takes!
