I ordered the personalised cushion which was received in 1 working day. It was of excellent quality. I had to ring customer service as I had made an error in my spelling. The lady I spoke to was friendly, polite and very efficient. They sent me a replacement cover which I of course had to pay for as it was my error. This arrived next day. This is obviously a well organised company who I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.
