The personalised hip flask was perfect and came in a lovely presentation box. I ordered this item because it stated 48 hour delivery however I waited over a week and missed the person's 50th birthday so was a bit disappointed with that and the other criticism is you aren't very well updated on the progress of the order do was very pleased when I eventually received the item and the delay most likely was due to covid19 but a little email would have been encouraging on order progress
