The only reason I am giving this a 4 instead of a 5 was the packaging. The glasses themselves are lovely and the engraving was clear. I had arranged these to be from my elderly mother and both she and my brother and sister in law (who received them) loved them. However they come in very plain black boxes with no tissue paper or anything else wrapped round them. This makes them feel cheaper than they actually seem once the packaging is removed. I was definitely recommend but just get your own packaging.
