This candle is excellent quality and comes with it's own gift bag. It was very safely packaged too. I wasn't quite sure what to expect as the price was very reasonable for a personalised item, but I was thrilled with the item when it arrived. It was posted on time, but unfortunately the Post Office let the side down, taking 4 days to deliver the 1st class item! It was still worth the wait though & my sister/brother-in-law loved it!

The candle was very much appreciated by my sister & brother in law. They said it was an unusual present & they would not be lighting it, it will be on display. I ordered the gift on Monday evening, selected standard postage. Then later that night realised I should have chosen Express delivery as needed the item in time to travel on the Friday. Emailed the company got a swift response the next day ... upgraded my delivery to express and received my gift on the Wednesday evening. First class customer service.
