The young lady the cushion is for has wide-ranging special needs and it is always difficult finding her appropriate gifts. For her 21st birthday, I asked her Mum if there was anything in particular I could buy for her, and her Mum suggested something pretty for her bedroom as she and Dad were decorating it up for her. I really didn't know where to begin but spent around an hour or so 'trawling the net' and found the cushion which could be personalised with a special message. The morning was wet and dreary (following a week of much the same kind of weather) which immediately made me think of the sunshine the young lady brings into our lives every day so my message was: "..... you make the sun shine every day". Whilst she can't express to me whether or not she likes the cushion, her Mum text me to say "Thank you so much for the cushion, such a lovely, thoughtful present". So thank you Gift Experience team, you have a fabulous range of all sorts of gifts and great ideas when we're stuck and it was so easy to 'shop' on a wet and dreary Saturday morning. The only reason I am unable to give 5 stars is that I didn't receive a confirmation email when I placed my order so was a little unsure whether the order had been placed. However, when I received an email a couple of days after I'd placed the order to say my parcel was on its way, I felt more comfortable and the parcel arrived 2 days after that which was perfect timing. So perhaps you could consider email confirmations to put your customers' minds at rest. A reference number was quoted at the time I placed the order but I didn't jot it down as I am used to receiving confirmation emails.
