I was very impressed with the 1st class service with my booking online. Plus the very helpful staff when I telephoned. Vase was lovely. When I ordered it online I made an error with the engraving details. I telephoned to alter which the girl did without any fuss but the engraver did not get the changes thus I got the vase delivered with the wrong date. I telephoned and the girl was sorry about this. They sent me a new vase with the correct dates for my 25th wedding anniversary gift at no charge and said I was to keep the other vase. I would highly recommend The Gift Experience
