I thought the presentation box and tissue around the paper made it look classy, and I would have been very happy to receive one as a gift..! Would recommend the company definitely. Delivery was as stated on the website, thank you. Couple of downsides... Clicked on 'edit' personalised details to ensure all spellings etc correct ....my problem was the 'Occasion' - I didn't know what to say as no example given so wrote 'Birthday'.... when the certificate arrived it said 'Birthday' and that, to me, sounds a bit sharp....with a bit of guidance on your part I would have put "Your Birthday". Secondly, and I know you mention that the paper may not be The Times, but because it wasn't, the paper looked 'lost' in the box. Perhaps a smaller box, or an option to have a copy of The Times close to the day would be useful, as I would have been happier to receive a more well known paper like The Times. Apologies if these tiny moans are daft to you, but you asked for feedback..!! 😊
