I purchased this watch with a personal message for my husband who was celebrating a special birthday .The watch was lovely the engraving was great, but I did want it packaged and paid for it to be gift wrapped and this didn’t happen. I did find this quite frustrating as a felt this was the missing of attention to detail of my order and I did have to go out my way to rush to the shop 6 miles away to get the gift wrap for the next day I did contact gift experience who did immediately refund the price of the wrapping ,but it was the lack of the attention to my order and the fact that I purposely purchased as they could offer the gift wrap prior to me receiving it to save me the hassle
