Sophia was incredible. She helped us navigate the market even despite the busy crowds on a holiday weekend. We enjoyed the most delicious food all day. She was even kind enough to walk us to the entrance of the Tower Bridge once our tour was finished (and take a few family photos). She found the most incredible empanadas, fish 'n chips, and sausage rolls. Can't wait to return.

My partner and I did the Borough Market food tour yesterday and really enjoyed it - our guide Sophia was fun, friendly and well-informed and she spent over three hours guiding us round this busy market, providing samples of everything from cheese and pate to empanadas, risotto and ice cream, while teaching us all about the rich history of this fascinating area. It's not cheap but compares well in price with other tours - you can of course explore Borough Market on your own time but it's easy to get overwhelmed, so a guide like Sophia is a great way to see everything and still remain calm!
