when I originally ordered the etched glass prism I was contacted within hours to be told that the item was out of stock and not expected in for 2 weeks. I was offered an alternative item which I did not want and stated that I was happy to wait. A couple of weeks later I emailed to check on progress and then engaged in an email correspondence which left me extremely impressed with both the company's helpfulness and speed of response. Yesterday the products arrived. I was blown away with the quality. £40+ may seem a bit pricey when you first look at it but, believe me, it is well worth the price. This will last forever, looks beautiful and would have the pride of place on any mantelpiece or shelf. I also could not commend more highly the company for their customer relations. An absolute delight. This has been one of my most rewarding internet purchases in 2015.
