I had no idea what to get my niece for her first communion, it's quite a difficult one to buy for. Firstly you had a good variety of gifts across a range of prices, so that really helped. Secondly, I was very impressed at the customer service on the phone when I called to check I was getting it right about the engraving. The response was rapid, I spoke to one person who knew exactly what I was talking about and answered my query immediately. Thirdly, the option of paying using PayPal made the whole thing much quicker and meant I didn't have to run downstairs for my wallet! Finally, the order was completed really quickly.
