I ordered the personalised teddy for my granddaughter's 1st holy communion. The teddy comes with a little jumper on which I had her name and communion date personalised on. I was a bit concerned that it was taking longer to deliver than I thought so I emailed the gift experience and got a very prompt reply it had been shipped within 24 hours but was now in the hands of royal mail also due to a bank holiday and a weekend delivery had been delayed (so not the gift experience fault) the teddy arrived the next day and I was over the moon with it .very good quality and the personalisation was perfect my granddaughter loved it and it's a treasured memory of her special day .I will definitely order again from this company and would definitely recommend .
