I purchased an anniversary gift which was personalised by The gift experience. Unfortunately I had chosen the wrong delivery option and had to contact the sales team. They were brilliant in their quick response and actions on upgrading my delivery for a very small fee which saw it arrive the day before the anniversary. On arrival it was boxed nicely and was loved by the recipient. Considering I paid £8 postage on another gift from another company the same day which didnt arrive for 3 further days I was delighted with this service from start to finish. well done

I thought it was a gorgeous and very intricate gift to give to my parents as a celebration of 20 Years. I also think it is a lovely commemorative thing to have in order to remember the milestone. I loved how I could personalise it to say whatever I wanted which made it a lot more personal. The only thing is that I was expecting it to be a bit bigger that it was. But it actually worked out better as it is easy to store away or place and it is not too heavy.
