Once you're safely strapped into your harnesses, you'll both ascend the cage up to the platform, suspended at 160ft in the air - easy, nothing to be nervous about!

Your instructor will attach you to the bungee, whether that's together or one before the other, and get ready to start the countdown.

You'll feel your mouths dry up, every breath feels like an eternity, you feel your body start to tingle, then it's time to jump... 3, 2, 1... BUNGEE!

• The minimum age is 14 years old, under 16s need parental consent on the day.
• The maximum combined weight is 34.17st (217kg) the waist harness fits a waist size of 40cm (15.7’’) to 125cm (49.2’’).
• This activity is not suitable if you have high blood pressure or heart conditions; have previously damaged your neck, back, spine, legs or eyes; have epilepsy/dizziness or are pregnant. Customers 50 years and above should seek medical advice prior to their event to ensure there is no medical reason for them not to participate.
