Know the weather was terrible but to be told wait was 20 minutes and then when ask told the car I chose wasn't available there was no announcement than the car wasn't running there was no protection from the rain no disable facility and the staff were more interested in each other than the poor people who were soaking we been to one before and it was far better run and more Afficiant was deeply disappointed also went with family member who drove the car to be told video didn't work so was unavailable these are not cheep days out very disappointed

They tell you to bring your driving licence, voucher and confirmation email but I didn't get asked for any of this at all so I wouldn't worry too much if you don't remember to take it with you. Staff were friendly enough but I'm a bit miffed as I paid to get taken round the track twice beforehand just so then I could get a feel for it but was only taken round once...£10 to get taken round once is a rip off. Batmobile was a bit scruffy but I enjoyed driving it. Just a shame other bits of the time there let the overall experience down.

Staff are friendly but took over an hour to queue and check in. 1 of the cars wasn't available on the day I'd booked but was given free choice of another. There were a couple of break downs too

911 Carrera dressed up as a GT3 RS, car was a complete shed inside and out. Interior was haggard, windscreen cracked, every light imaginable lit up on the dash. I was asked if I'd ever driven anything like that before to which I answered yes, because I've driven faster cars (my own for a start) and I also take part in track days regularly. At the start of my 2nd lack luster lap I approached a corner and was modulating the brake pedal and the "instructor" just slammed on, which made me think there was an issue with the car as the pedal disappeared from beneath my foot. This is poor and causes unease for the driver. Another issue is I was given a memory card to cherish the 5minutes I drove, only problem is the memory card was full, so nothing was captured. Upon mentioning this I got a reply of "oh well". Great customer service.
