I did not know what to expect being the first time for a Rasul mud treatment but can highly recommend as a very relaxing experience and the facilities in the hotel where good the staff were also attentive, very friendly and helpful

Me and my partner enjoyed a really nice experience. Staff were very friendly and clear, the facilites were clean. It was very comfortable. The food was delicious too.

We was very politely greeted and guided to our treatment room. Given a very relaxing back massage and facial, I thoroughly enjoyed it but my other half not soo much! He felt it was lacking pressure and moves. I think all was lovely but I was disappointed when we didn't get to use the jacuzzi that I thought I had booked in. Booking was a little time consuming and confusing as there was so many options. I purposely booked the jasmine day spa as it was offering the longer back massage and jacuzzi option. Was a very long drive to get there so to bring swim wear and not end up using it was disappointing. Parking was on street and not much available but we was lucky and got space quickly. Spa is located very close to beach so it makes for a beautiful day out too.

Workmen in steam room - very unprofessional and off putting. Dirty changing area with leaking water from the ceiling. The lockers were broken and so tiny we had to use 4!! each. Prosecco was not included in the price, was offered a glass of lambrini type fizz - yuck! The only good part were the hot tubs where we spent most of the 3 hour experience and the cocktails!! The outdoor sauna had no water to pour on the coals, and it was 11.30 in the morning. Afternoon tea was the last straw for me. It tasted like it had been prepared the day before as the sandwiches were stale and the cakes were crispy. Overall I was extremely upset as I had paid almost £100 for this gift. I would never go back to that place ever again! I really would hate to think that I had booked the place without a voucher.

What a lovely pamper experience my sister and I had at Serenity CT.A warm welcome when we arrived and the neck and back massage followed which was amazing .We then had afternoon tea which overwhelmed us with choice and how nice it was presented.We throughly had a lovely eland would highly recommend this experience.😊

We all really enjoyed thus day. The afternoon tea was amazing! However there were 2 negatives, one was that the jacuzzi was quite busy and two that one of us only got a 30 minute massage instead of the 45 mins we were supposed to get. I wish we had told the girl who did it but she had gone

Both hot tubs not working, maintenance man got them working just as our time slot was coming to an end. I asked a member of staff at the spa desk of myself and my partner could stay an extra 30 minutes so we could enjoy the hot tub we was told no. We were sent to the wrong part on the spa for our treatments we sat for 40 minutes to be then told we needed to be somewhere else. When I mentioned to the girl who had sent us to the wrong room she looked at me and chuckled. Not professional at all and as a gesture of good will we would of accepted the extra 30 minutes in the hot tub but was told no a second time. Poorly run, no communication between staff at all, overpriced drinks ( the Pina colada was disgusting ) no lockable lockers in the male changing rooms, £5.00 robe hire that was stained with either makeup or fake tan. Foot spa needs a good clean. Ice fountain empty for 4 hours. Used plastic cups dotted about all over the place. Disappointed to say the least
