The Smart School of cookery started in 2007 by business woman and cook Ann Hood. Ann hosts a pro celebrity cookery school across three locations with famous names such as Valentina Harris, Franck Pontais to mention a few, Frank Pontais has appeared on Ready Steady Cook and in regular broadcasts on BBC Radio.
The school has been hugely successful on both private classes corporate events and continue to do so.
Master the delicate art of Sushi making and Japanese cuisine with this two-hour lesson for two where you will learn first-hand how to make multiple dishes with your expert chef. You will learn how to prepare and serve sushi with your own homemade sweet chilli dipping sauce. You will also learn to make authentic, tasty vegetable ramen. You will enjoy sampling your creations throughout the experience.
