Depending on your dietary requirements, what’s inside your dragon sushi will vary, but it’ll be sure to look incredible (you little artist, you!), and taste even better!
The standard dragon sushi is made using tempura shrimp, creamy avocado and a touch of mayo – delicious. Vegans and veggies, you’ll be making the Red Dragon Roll, the meat-free cousin of the Dragon roll!
This 45-minute class is a great way to add a new speciality to your internal cook-book, and a really fun way to get out and do something a little different! Spending an hour becoming a sushi master is a fantastic way to spend your time.
