Spend a night under the stars in a traditional Shepherd's hut.
The concept of a shepherd's hut dates back to the 15th century. It was a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, sitting room and storeroom all rolled into one and used by shepherds in the fields during sheep raising and lambing season, primarily in the United Kingdom and France. The designs vary but all were constructed to provide the shepherd with practical and durable accommodation.
This heritage style of accommodation has been restored and decorated in a vintage style and situated in an enclosure with a fire pit, outdoor table and chairs surrounded by countryside. It has an antique pot-bellied baby wood burner, cooking stove, toilet, double bed, microwave, water bowser, Kilner water dispenser, fridge, 2 Ercol armchairs and a vintage radio.
With this glamping experience you will enjoy a one night stay in the Shepherd's hut.
