We thoroughly enjoyed afternoon tea at the Crown Hotel. Our service was polite and friendly. Unfortunately the chef omitted the beef and horseradish sandwich but all other sandwiches and cakes were very tasty. To compensate for the missing sandwiches we didn't have to pay for our prosecco

Our host,Andrew, was attentive to our visit throughout. Well presented beginning with a glass of bubbly followed by homemade scone and jam supported with Cornish clotted cream - a beautiful combination. well done,sir. Tea was excellent in testing overhead conditions but an overall excellent experience.
