It was a nice afternoon tea, a friend gave me this for my birthday, even though it was a deluxe afternoon tea we were not offered any bubbly, we had plenty of tea and coffee.

The voucher is for a self guided "tour/walk". Receive a bottle of wine and glasses in a cooler and a snack. Had a really nice walk around the estate but could not drink the wine as very remote and can only get there by car. Still enjoyed our visit as it was a very nice gift idea from a family member

From booking the day from the voucher was straight forward. The venue was easy to find, Car park was enormous, station and platforms nicely reflect the era. Everything ran to time with plenty to look at and enjoy. Had to pay an extra £2 for our dog but that's reasonable compared to similar places. We 'all day' tickets so could ride for as long as we wanted. We really enjoyed our day, would love to come again another time.

This was a Christmas gift from my sister, but unfortunately the steam train wasn’t running which was the part we were looking forward to. It was a diesel train. The venue was picturesque and clean and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Bought this as a Christmas present, thought I was getting afternoon tea on a steam train, don’t be fooled, they are two separate gifts at different locations, that aside, both the steam train and the afternoon tea were superb, my mum had a lovely day out and said the afternoon tea was 10/10, lovely fresh food and great service by the staff who were very friendly and welcoming.

Really enjoyed the steam train ride on the Nene valley. Staff were friendly and experienced on the history of the ride, would definitely recommend it.
